Post Season and Such A Mess have been eagerly gearing up for the release of their 7” split, ‘Greetings From.’ While the record is not due out until next week, the groups have teamed up with New Noise Magazine for an early stream of the 4-song EP. The split features two new tracks from each group and will be released on August 28, 2015. Pre-orders are available here, and fans can hear the EP in its entirety HERE.
“We're very excited to finally share the split in full with everyone,” exclaims Post Season. “We all put a lot of heart and soul into these songs and they mean a lot to us. We hope you all enjoy them as much as we do!” Recently named #1 in Buzzfeed's "Five Unsigned Pop Punk Bands That You Should Be Listening To In 2015," Post Season plays guitar-driven, energetic tracks with catchy choruses that are nearly impossible not to sing-along to. The band has toured with Hit The Lights, States Champs, A Loss For Words and more. Their two tracks are featured on the first half of the split, and was produced, recorded and mixed by Paul Leavitt of Valencia Recording Studio.
Such A Mess' cathartic melodies and perfect harmonies bring a nostalgic warmth, and their tracks are featured on the second half of the split. The band explains, “We here at Such A Mess are the most excited about these tracks that we've ever been. We strive to always evolve our sound and this is definitely the start of a new chapter for us. We hope you dig it!” Such A Mess has performed on Vans Warped Tour and alongside Set Your Goals, The Swellers, I Call Fives and many more. Johnny Liu produced and engineered Such A Mess' tracks, and the full EP was mastered by Grammy-nominated Michael Fossenkempter of Turtle Tone Studios.
